Application, contact, and checklist forms may collect identity, business, website, qualification, consent, source, and campaign information. We do not request explicit media, passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or government identification through public forms.

Storage and disclosure
Form submissions are stored in the service database. Email, CRM, scheduling, payment, analytics, and hosting providers will be listed after connection. We do not sell personal data.
